11. Firstly, Elon is not in big trouble, a wrong statement, secondly, Elon has not put everything on the line, another wrong statement. Why don't these reporters stick to the correct story instead of implying the worst scenario? It is amazing how people will retaliate against something that they know is going to happen. The court has procedures to follow why don't these reporters relate to the true story. and they will follow them. When both sides' cases have been heard then only can the court conclude what the verdict shall be? It is not for the presiding judge to say who is to do what before a final decision is made. All parties involved have their standpoint and due to the evidence presented a final judgment can be made. Due to the daily losses that Twitter is encountering it is desperate to finalize as soon as possible. On the other hand, Elon has nothing to worry about, being in his position guarantees him the winner's seat. The Twitter board is nervous due to the fact that they do know that they have violated certain requests made by Elon Attorneys concerning important issues. A huge mistake on their part.
