In this video, I discuss my recent experience with Tesla Service. I live 750 km (8+ hours drive) away from the closest Tesla Service Center and I go over a number of problems that appear to be systematic for people who live a long-distance away. Watch this video to find out what I learned from both the local community in Northern BC, as well as others across Canada.
Issues relating to the ability to get parts, 3rd party shops access to repair information, getting your car to the service center, etc all contribute to the type of service experience you will face.
