SpaceX launches new Starlink batch from California, nails landing



A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launched 46 Starlink satellites from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California on July 22, 2022. The first stage of the Falcon 9 rocket landed on the “Of Course I Still Love You” drone ship minutes later in the Pacific Ocean.   7. @3:37 Just next to the left booster grid fin, moving left is a flashing object which I'm guessing is one of the faring halves? If not, then wt(?) is it? If it is a faring half, it must be spinning (longitudenally?) to make it flash like that. Very cool.

  8. Interesting how the video cuts out everytime at the exact moment of landing on the drone ship.
